BIO
Arda Ren Turhan is an award-winning film, TV, and video game composer. He began his career in the video game industry as an audio engineer who provided unique and creative sounds and musical tracks to a variety of indie titles. He is most well-known for his work on the NBC shows, Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

After a busy high school career composing for student ensembles in Turkey, Arda went on to study at Bilkent University for his Bachelor's degree in Classical Composition. There he found his passion as a media composer and got accepted to the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music Scoring for Visual Media Master's program. At Indiana University, he got to study with composers such as Garry Schyman, Richard Marvin, and Larry Groupé. With an endless passion for all things musical, he went on to score numerous games and films. Outside of the compositional space, Arda is an Avid-certified Pro Tools Specialist and Post Production Operator, working as a sound mixer and audio engineer.

He is currently working as a composer and orchestrator at Mike Post Productions.
